Taiwan CPC Corporation’s “EPCC Works for LNG Storage Tanks for CPC Taichung LNG Phase 3 Project” has been recognized with the Honorable Mention Award at the Ministry of Labor’s the 19th “Construction Golden Safety Award,” demonstrating the company’s outstanding achievements in construction safety management, risk control, and the promotion of a safety-oriented culture.

To recognize companies deeply rooted in Pingtung that actively pursue excellence and innovation, the Pingtung County Government has announced the winners of the '2025 Pingtung Outstanding Enterprise Award.' A total of 13 companies, serving as role models for innovative business management, were honored at the ceremony.

In Jiali District, Tainan City, a vulnerable household in Xiaying Village suffered severe home damage due to Typhoon Danas. Through the matchmaking efforts of the National Land Management Agency (Ministry of the Interior) and the District Office, Ming Rong Yuan Business Co., Ltd. stepped forward to adopt the project pro bono. In just 10 days, the previously damaged roof was fully repaired, restoring safety and warmth to the family.

A research team from National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) focusing on small modular reactors (SMRs) recently visited the United States to engage in technical exchanges. The collaboration aims to enable Taiwan to participate in the U.S. advanced nuclear energy supply chain. Upon approval by Taiwan’s Atomic Energy Council, NTHU plans to introduce and construct a U.S.-assisted micro modular reactor (MMR) on campus.
