1. PH4 manufacturing plant project. The Gross floor area is about 1,836m2 (Total Gross Floor Area 14,397m2).(1 floor underground, 7 floors above ground building and build bridge to connect PH3 FAB)
2. The expansion of PH1 parking tower (add another 2 floors), The Gross floor area is about 8,783m2.
3. Detail Engineering, procurement, fabrication , installation, construction and commissioning work.
4. Civil work including foundation, steel structure, moisture, curtain wall, window frame and door, renovation, painting, epoxy, plant, raised floor, etc.

5. MEP work including electrical, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, instrument, public systems(CDA,CO2,N2), etc.

   Mechanical: equipment including pump, expansion tank, fan, AHU/FCU, filter, etc.

   Piping: Pipeline for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, public systems, etc.

   Firefighting: FM200 fire extinguishing system, water spray, fire hydrant, foam , smoke exhaust, emergency, broadcasting system, etc.

   HVAC: Chilled-water, cooling water, heating water and ventilation system.

   Instrument: HVAC, plumbing, public piping, gas detector, power SCADA, Modbus control system , etc.

   Electrical: High/Low voltage power supply system, grounding and lighting protection system, etc.

6. 3D model for all systems and be eligible for LEED certification.
