1. RC (reinforced cement) Factory building (including elevator, indoor water / electrical supply, indoor fire-fighting system, lighting, electrical socket and so on) constructions and  its foundation connected with the piles which were done by other contractor

2. Construction of steel structural warehouse for Ocean Shipping

3. Construction of steel structural warehouse for Ocean Pollutants

4. Security guard room and the shelter construction including seals for truck loadings

5. Newly constructed gate and its fence

6. Prepare the soil of plant site for all kinds of buildings

7. Contractor should apply for all kinds of government or administration organizations licenses and fire-fighting, drinking water, electricals, telecommunications and so on permits  for all buildings, equipment and foundations etc. Before commissioning, it is required to have all kinds of licenses or permits documents according to regulations of government and the contracts.

品質管制計畫，依設計要求，於施工中、完成時執行檢測（PT、RT、PWHT等）。 並於完工前執行水壓試驗及爐內外密封檢查，以落實效益要求。
