1. Scope includes addition of tube banks in Convection Zone & tubes in the production section.
2. Optimized energy savings via use of Pro 2 as well as MRY in-house dedicated programs.
3. Met savings goals by reducing Fuel Consumption by 5% and Flue Gas Temperature by 19°C.
4. Well-thought-out construction and safety plans enables construction team and HSE site team to work together seamlessly resulting in safe execution of demolition and installation work.
5. QC Plan aligned with Design/Construction Plan, enables timely execution of NDE work (PT, RT, PWHT), followed by final hydro test and boiler leak test for on-time completion.
