1. Basic design and detailed engineering of civil & steel structure, equipment, piping, instrument, electrical, fire fighting and etc.
2. Fabrication and installation of pipe rack, steel structure, platform of equipment and etc.
3. Procurement, installation and testing of instrument & electrical engineering
4. Procurement, fabrication and installation of insulation & piping: 16,600 DB (Dia-Inch)
5. Procurement, fabrication and installation of Tar Storage Tank (6,500 M3), Light Oil Storage Tank (2,500 M3), waste oil & waste water storage tank, tar heater and various pumps
6. Procurement and installation of fire fighting equipment
7. Performance testing of equipment and commissioning test

以Pro.2軟件及銘榮元自身研發之模組程式計算最優化之節能設計和規劃。

依設計，於對流區增加爐管管排以及於製程段增設爐管。

改善效益符合需求，節省燃氣量5%及降低煙氣出口溫度19°C。

完善的施工計畫得以讓建造團隊能配合工安管理，安全的執行工地拆裝作業。

５.

品質管制計畫，依設計要求，於施工中、完成時執行檢測（PT、RT、PWHT等）。 並於完工前執行水壓試驗及爐內外密封檢查，以落實效益要求。
