330 T/D Air Separation Unit EPC Project

1. Check and modify the civil work drawings, including 3 buildings (office, machine room and electric room, 1200 M2), steel structure, equipment foundations 35 sets and all the construction of work.
2. Piping design, procurement, fabrication and installation, including carbon and stainless steel pipe: 22,000 DB (Dia-inch)
3. Except the P&ID, all detail drawings of piping, instrument /control and electric, procurement, fabrication, installation and assistance for commissioning are provided by MRY.
4. The main erection of equipment includes: hot box, compressor, booster, cold box, turbine, air filter, evaporator, charging pump, expansion equipment, circulating filter, HP liquid Oxygen pump, fire pump, various pumps for producing Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon.

依設計，於對流區增加爐管管排以及於製程段增設爐管。

改善效益符合需求，節省燃氣量5%及降低煙氣出口溫度19°C。

完善的施工計畫得以讓建造團隊能配合工安管理，安全的執行工地拆裝作業。

５.

品質管制計畫，依設計要求，於施工中、完成時執行檢測（PT、RT、PWHT等）。 並於完工前執行水壓試驗及爐內外密封檢查，以落實效益要求。
