1. Process detail design (Equipment, Civil and Steel structural, Piping, Instrument, Electrical) and renewal
2. Piping fabrication and Installation: 11,500 DB (Dia-Inch)
3. Procurement, installation, and pre-commissioning test
4. The main fabrication of equipment includes: Ammonia Flash Column, Reactor, Column of Reboiler, OVHD of Condenser.

以Pro.2軟件及銘榮元自身研發之模組程式計算最優化之節能設計和規劃。

依設計，於對流區增加爐管管排以及於製程段增設爐管。

改善效益符合需求，節省燃氣量5%及降低煙氣出口溫度19°C。

完善的施工計畫得以讓建造團隊能配合工安管理，安全的執行工地拆裝作業。

５.

品質管制計畫，依設計要求，於施工中、完成時執行檢測（PT、RT、PWHT等）。 並於完工前執行水壓試驗及爐內外密封檢查，以落實效益要求。
