1. Fabrication and installation of 106 sets of equipment such as primary coolers, flare, washing towers, cracking furnaces, separators, reactors, flash tanks, etc.(In total: 1,294 tons)
2. Fabrication of big pipes (OD: 1,400 mm): 972 tons
3. Steel structure, platform, ladders: 736 tons
4. Cooling Tower (5 sets), Weight: 285 Tons/set, L:28800mm W:4450mm H: 4130mm(Tube O.D. 2” x 2.9t, QTY: 54,320 pcs in total)

以Pro.2軟件及銘榮元自身研發之模組程式計算最優化之節能設計和規劃。

依設計，於對流區增加爐管管排以及於製程段增設爐管。

改善效益符合需求，節省燃氣量5%及降低煙氣出口溫度19°C。

完善的施工計畫得以讓建造團隊能配合工安管理，安全的執行工地拆裝作業。

５.

品質管制計畫，依設計要求，於施工中、完成時執行檢測（PT、RT、PWHT等）。 並於完工前執行水壓試驗及爐內外密封檢查，以落實效益要求。
