Bulk product & Packaging warehouse Project

This project is located in the back line of the West Tenth Wharf of Taichung Port, and builds the second building of bulk products and packaging warehouses:
Building overview: width 38m * 88m + width 46m * 68m (total length 156m), height 23.1m, total floor area 12343.61m2
The main construction projects include:

1. 472 implantable foundation piles and foundation construction.
2. Warehouse structure (some areas are raised from FL + 0 to FL + 16000, including 9 meters of suspended beams), underground detention pond (length 50m * width 28m * depth 0.46m) and equipment construction
3. Construction of reinforced concrete floors within curbstones.
4. Procurement and installation of fire fighting equipment (including indoor fire box, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting, emergency broadcasting, evacuation and escape equipment, automatic, manual alarm system, etc.).
5. Electrical equipment used in fire-fighting equipment, lighting equipment and electric sliding doors, such as switch panels, pipelines, cable boxes, junction boxes, fixing parts, etc.
6. Grounding engineering construction, including structural grounding, power grounding and equipment grounding.
7. Roof gutters and downpipes, side gutters and drainage facilities in the construction area are connected to the road side gutters.
8. Construction of electricity, telecommunications, lighting, elevators, air conditioning and ventilation, sanitary water supply and drainage systems.
The driveway rain shield steel structure is made by hoisting, stainless steel wave board and lighting board frame.

以Pro.2軟件及銘榮元自身研發之模組程式計算最優化之節能設計和規劃。

依設計，於對流區增加爐管管排以及於製程段增設爐管。

改善效益符合需求，節省燃氣量5%及降低煙氣出口溫度19°C。

完善的施工計畫得以讓建造團隊能配合工安管理，安全的執行工地拆裝作業。

品質管制計畫，依設計要求，於施工中、完成時執行檢測（PT、RT、PWHT等）。 並於完工前執行水壓試驗及爐內外密封檢查，以落實效益要求。
